Comment: Due to the decision of the Province of Zuid-Holland to stop operating the Freshwater Canal Bridge, and the various work to be carried out on the Hartel Corridor prior to that, the Freshwater Channel Bridge is definitely no longer operational from the following date: Monday 12 August 2024, from 19:00 Hartel and Freshwater Channel Bridges should not be rotated simultaneously with the Spijkenisser Bridge. The bridge may be operated up to and including an average wind speed (measured over 10 minutes) of 13.8 m/s (indicative to 6 Bft).
